Making the most of my Mental Health Series.
Making the Most of My Mental Health is a series of booklets designed to increase understanding and language around mental health. Each booklet combines a strong visual approach with minimal text, allowing individuals to engage with the material at their own pace and explore the meanings for themselves. The language and content are carefully tailored to be age-appropriate, ensuring accessibility and relevance for all readers.
The series includes three versions, each with its own focus and tools for mental health exploration:
-
The Junior Version is designed to help start conversations with young people about mental health and practical steps they can take to improve it. It includes a workbook that encourages reflection and personal engagement, empowering young readers to explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe, structured way.
-
The Adolescent Version builds on the Junior Version with a similar layout but introduces journaling as a key tool for mental health wellness. A starter journal is included, encouraging adolescents to track emotions, reflect on experiences, and develop healthy coping strategies in a supportive, guided way.
-
The Adult Version focuses on strategies and practices commonly used to maintain mental health wellness, highlighting the importance of reflection and self care. A starter journal is also included, offering adults the opportunity to explore their thoughts, track progress, and cultivate habits that support long term mental well being.
Across all versions, the series is designed to promote self awareness, resilience, and empowerment, helping readers of all ages engage with their mental health in a meaningful, personal way. Whether you are a parent, educator, or professional, these booklets provide practical, accessible tools to support mental health conversations and wellness practices.
