Making the Most of My Mental Health Series

Making the Most of My Mental Health is a series of booklets designed to build understanding and language around mental health. Using a strong visual approach and minimal text, each booklet allows readers to engage at their own pace and explore what mental health means to them. The content is carefully tailored to be age-appropriate, ensuring accessibility for all.

The series includes three versions:

Junior Version – Supports early conversations with young people, using a workbook to encourage reflection and help them explore thoughts and feelings in a safe, structured way.

Adolescent Version – Builds on this foundation by introducing journaling as a key tool, helping young people track emotions, reflect on experiences, and develop healthy coping strategies.

Adult Version – Focuses on practical strategies for maintaining mental wellbeing, with an included journal to support reflection, habit-building, and long-term self-care.

Across all versions, the series promotes self-awareness, resilience, and empowerment. Whether you are a parent, educator, or professional, it offers practical, accessible tools to support meaningful mental health conversations and everyday wellbeing.
